2 stars and a wish
2 stars and wish is a tool that will help you give feedback. The idea is that you use the tool to give positive feedback and suggestions for improvement to people who make presentations or pitches. When someone has made a presentation everyone in the audience gives feedback by saying two positive things (stars) and one improvement (wish).

You can give feedback on the actual idea, arguments, the presentation/pitch technique, the layout of the presentation, body language, pauses etc.
Use the template to fill in two stars (two things that you really enjoyed or liked) and one wish (a suggestion of possible improvements). Receiving feedback is very important so make sure you take this task seriously. Make sure you really take the time to write constructive and valuable feedback.
